![]() Announcements - Rules - Clarifications - Character Creation - Backgrounds - Combat - Disciplines Necromancy is as stated on pages 151-158 in Revised Laws of the Night, with the exemption of Necromancy: Bone Path: Soul Stealing. Intermediate Bone Path Necromancy: Soul Stealing Same as stated in page 156 in Revised Laws of the Night, with the following clarification. The unfortunate victim of Soul Stealing may opt to spend a willpower to return to their body the next round, and only the next round. Should they not avail themselves of this opportunity they are at the mercy of the Necromancer. The victim may not initiate any challenges for the remainder of the round that they re-enter their body, although she may defend against challenges normally.
"Is a character
limited in the number of times she may spend Willpower (up to the character's
current maximum) to re-enter her body if someone with Necromancy successfully
removes her soul from it?"
No power(s) of Necromancy may be used to bind, torment or hinder a Kindred's "soul" not attached to it's body for more than one hour total per game session/ per kindred. Once a Kindred dies,
at the end of the night (if it's not being trapped via Necromancy) it's
"soul" moves on. This being the case, a the use of Necromancy
is not possible for more than a few hours after a kindred has meet final
death. After that it's just plain gone, and it's never coming back. |
