Dementation

As stated in page 144-146 in Revised Laws of the Night, with the following clarifications.

Basic Passion
"The source of this affliction is not immediately obvious, though some ELDER vampires are aware of the mind tricks of the Malkavians, and may deduce the source correctly if someone becomes manic or listless."

If you think that your character has figured out that Passion (or some other level of Dementation) was used, GO TO A NARRATOR and make your case. Do no assume that you were able to figure it out just because a Malkavian was in the room.

Basic The Haunting
In the course of a evenings play, a single target may only be affected by this discipline twice. Two separate sense must be effected, and the target must be effected by two different practitioners of Dementation.

Intermediate Voice of Madness
After wining the initial Social challenge under the conditions on page 145 of Laws, the practitioner of Demenation need only win a simple test for the target to go into Frenzy in place of Self-Control / Instinct test.
