Penny is the only known fully "Normal" human to be a member of the Legion. She was born in Canada and became the co-dependant companion of the Gangrel legionnaire Seed in her early twenties. Soon After meeting Seed she Joined the LGGVCA and has been a member since. She is also affectionately know as the legion mascot.

recently she and Seed have parted ways, Penny currently works as a model for a Victoria's Secrets in SF
